For a public yes, Falaknuma at Clarks Avadh has a Hazratganj rooftop view and rose buds on the table, about ₹1,500 to ₹4,000 for two (sources differ). Something small and bright. Hand it over at COFFEA in Gomti Nagar (4.8 from 666 reviews, about ₹400 to 800 for two), with Hot Pink Hello (₹699) beside it. Budget version: a Bento Cake at ₹449.
Promise Day: where do you say it out loud?
On a walk. Janeshwar Mishra Park in Gomti Nagar (4.5 from 65,254 reviews) is open 4 to 8 PM on Thursdays and costs nothing. Write the promise down first; Blush Promise (₹849) carries it printed, or a free digital bouquet does.
