How we ranked
The same four criteria for every decorator:
1. Starting price for a balloon setup on a Lucknow page, with what it includes in writing.
2. Extras you would pay for anyway (fairy lights, petals).
3. Booking rules: notice, advance, refunds.
4. Third-party rating and review count.
Local decorators with no published prices rank below the ones that publish them, then by Google Maps reviews.
1. myguldasta
Best for: a balloon room with lights included, at any venue
Ranked first on: starting price. Budget ₹1,149: balloons, fairy lights, setup and clean-up. Popular ₹1,299: fresh flowers, fairy lights and your printed letter.
Where: home, hotel room, Airbnb, café, terrace or car boot. Area fee ₹0 / ₹99 / ₹199 (central, next ring, outer Lucknow).
Honest weakness: no third-party rating yet, balloon counts are confirmed on WhatsApp rather than printed, and we need about a day’s notice.
2. Haplun

Best for: a plain metallic balloon room, rated on every card
Price: “Balloon Surprise Decoration” ₹1,199 (was ₹1,699): 100 metallic balloons, foil banner, ribbons. Fairy lights ₹200 extra (haplun.in, 7 Oct 2026).

Rating: 4.7 from 85 reviews on that product page; the site itself claims 4.9 on Google from 2.3K reviews.
Honest weakness: the earliest slot we saw was 6 days out, and a same-day cancellation forfeits the advance.

Refunds: 90% more than 24 hours out; 50% at 12 to 24 hours; none under 12.
