What is a phoolon ka mandap?
A mandap dressed in fresh flowers: marigold or rose garlands on the frame and pillars, with hanging strings around the sides. The couple sits under it for the pheras. Fresh flowers are made close to the ceremony and kept cool until then.

Which is better, marigold or rose?
