FnP Lucknow review (2026): stores, delivery, prices and honest alternatives
For flowers in Lucknow, myguldasta is our top pick over FnP: bouquets start at ₹699, you choose every stem, your letter is printed free, and delivery costs ₹49 to ₹79 to every PIN starting 226, paid only after your order is confirmed on WhatsApp. FnP (Ferns N Petals) is a safe pick when you walk into one of its 4 stores, which rate 4.5 to 4.9 on Google Maps. Ordering online is riskier: fnp.com rates 1.4 out of 5 on Trustpilot, mostly over late deliveries. Online, order before 4 PM for same-day or before 8 PM for midnight.
We make myguldasta, so we put it first; FnP and every other option follow with their own data, each figure linked to a public source checked on 28 September 2026.

Two more FnP-named listings appear on Maps but not on FnP’s store page: “FNP: Florist in Lucknow” in Vishal Khand 3 (4.5, 135 reviews) and “FNP Cakes Lucknow” in Rajajipuram (4.3, 80 reviews). Separately, two Ashiyana shops called “FNP Flowers N Petals” link to their own websites, not fnp.com. If you walk in expecting FnP’s catalog or policies, confirm with the shop first.
FnP’s Lucknow flowers page also says it has “40+ flower shops in Lucknow”. We could verify only the four branded stores above.

One small thing to plan around: the midnight slot is a window, not a moment. If the surprise has to land at exactly 12, stay awake for it or pick a different plan. One different plan: a midnight birthday surprise in Lucknow is set up in the room itself, with a cake, balloons and a bouquet carrying your letter, so nobody waits on a rider.

What are the common complaints about FnP?
The most common FnP complaint is late or missed delivery, followed by items that differ from the photo, hard-to-reach support and slow refunds. On Trustpilot, fnp.com rates 1.4 out of 5 from 4,955 reviews. Complaint sites lean negative, because people rarely post when an order simply works.
Still, the same themes repeat across three platforms, and they are worth knowing before an order that has to arrive on time.
| Platform | Score | What people report most |
|---|---|---|
| Trustpilot (fnp.com) | 1.4 / 5 from 4,955 reviews; 63% one-star, 30% five-star | Late or missed deliveries, items different from the photo, hard-to-reach support, slow refunds |
| ComplaintsBoard | 56 complaints, 0 marked resolved | Non-delivery, quality mismatch, refunds refused, cancellations |
| PissedConsumer | 2.2 / 5 from 62 reviews | Non-delivery, misleading tracking, refund delays, scripted replies |
| Google Maps (Lucknow stores) | 4.5 to 4.9 | In-store buyers, a different experience from online orders |
Scores as shown on each platform on 28 September 2026 (Google: 27 September 2026). Platform scores cover FnP across India, not Lucknow alone.
Lucknow-specific complaints are rare online. The only Lucknow-tagged Trustpilot review we found dates from November 2020 and describes a morning-slot order in Lucknow that ran late. On r/lucknow, FnP is the default suggestion when someone asks where to buy flowers, and one reply in a birthday thread pushes back: “Fnp is overrated”.
If you do order online: choose a slot earlier than you need, save the order ID, and photograph what arrives. FnP’s FAQ counts the 48-hour window for damage claims from delivery. And if the moment cannot risk a late rider at all, a digital bouquet with your letter opens the second you send the link, for ₹0.
Should I order from FnP or an alternative in Lucknow?
FnP makes sense when you want to walk into a shop, need a cake and flowers from one place, or want a big-name order before the 4 PM cutoff. Look elsewhere when the budget is under ₹1,000, the order is late in the day, or the words matter more than the box.
Answer five questions and we will point you to the option that fits.
